The 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Conference, presented by Supply Chain Management Review and Peerless Media, is heading to Nashville, Tennessee, Oct. 22-24, 2025—and the future of supply chain will be on full display.

We’re excited to announce our first slate of speakers, who will anchor the 3PL and Logistics track, one of the event’s four dedicated industry focus areas alongside Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, and Life Sciences.

The 3PL and Logistics speakers will be headlined by a Keynote address from Val Marchevsky, executive vice president and chief technology officer for Uber Freight. He leads the company’s global engineering, research & development, and IT teams to deliver cutting-edge software, services and platforms enabling the future of logistics. Marchevsky is responsible for spearheading Uber Freight’s dynamic marketplace powered by AI and machine learning, helping to innovate the business’ software and build one of the best mobile apps in the logistics industry.

Marchevsky will highlight a heavyweight list of industry leaders representing various parts of logistics space. Speakers scheduled to appear include:

  • Mike Neil, chief technology officer, C.H. Robinson
  • Mike Honious, president & CEO, GEODIS Americas
  • Dave Hauptman, chief commercial officer, Kenco
  • Jared Weisfeld, chief strategy officer, RXO

These thought leaders and senior executives will share how they are applying advanced technologies and transformative strategies to meet today’s growing logistics demands and tomorrow’s supply chain expectations.

Early bird conference registration is now open. Shippeo is a Gold Sponsor and Hai Robotics and TGW are Silver Sponsors. The W Hotel is extending the discounted group hotel rate for three days before and three days after the event (subject to room availability), allowing attendees the opportunity to explore Nashville at the special conference rate.

From AI-powered warehouse operations and dynamic fulfillment models to real-time visibility and sustainable transportation, our speakers are tackling the toughest challenges in logistics—and redefining what’s possible across the value chain.

But they are just the beginning. Additional speakers scheduled to appear in our general sessions include:

  • Rosemary Coates, executive director, Reshoring Institute
  • Andrei Quinn-Barabanov, supply chain industry practice lead, Moody’s
  • Pushpinder Singh, global supply chain transformation leader, IBM Consulting
  • Phil Kafarakis, president & CEO, IFMA The Food Away from Home Association

Additional speakers are being added daily. Announcements on the speakers in our Food and Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Life Sciences tracks will be announced shortly.
